Processing and Shipping Policy:
Thank you for choosing BEYOND THE SKIN for your skincare. We strive to provide you with the best products and service possible. Below you will find our processing and shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience with us.
Processing and Shipping Time:
- Domestic orders are processed within 6-8 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday.
- Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
- Please note that additional time must be allowed for shipping with the courier depending on your location within the United States.
- International orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on the location of the country and any customs clearance processes.
- If your order is a PREORDER, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed & shipped. For preorders, the products are made to order. Please note, all products are handcrafted with organic ingredients in small batches to ensure effectiveness and high quality.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email.
Please be aware that shipping times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, peak shipping periods, and unforeseen circumstances.
We use reliable couriers to deliver your orders, and tracking information will be provided to you so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping courier as soon as possible to start a claim and open an investigation before you reach out to us. We are not held liable for lost or stolen packages once we hand them over to the shipping courier.

- BEYOND THE SKIN is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processes.
- If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order's processing or shipping status (if outside of the processing & shipping time allowed), please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
Fraudulent orders & Claims:
- When placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to be the cardholder of a debit or credit card. Our system will alert us on suspicious orders and will be labeled as high risk. We have the right to refuse an order. If it's brought to our attention a customer has used a stolen card, an investigation will take place and you will be blocked from our website.
- We have the right to question customers about high risk orders and ask for customer to provide proof.
- Fraudulent claims on orders or packages will be investigated and your bank will be contacted. (Please note banks do not take fraudulent claims lightly and it can result in bank account closure).
- BEYOND THE SKIN LLC has the right to take customers who make fraudulent chargebacks to small claims court.
